Ron Sleeth, M.B.A. (Windsor)

Partner and Managing Director
In 1981 Ron graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. In 1984 he completed his Masters of Business Administration at the University of Windsor.

During the next six years Ron held middle and senior Sales and Marketing assignments with two multi-national organizations.

In 1991, in partnership with two others, Ron founded Human Resource Management Group Inc. As the Managing Director, Ron's role includes client liaison, project management and the development of new training interventions for the workplace.

Robert Sleeth, M.A. (Western Ontario)

Senior Consultant
Robert, the former Head Coach/High Performance Director of Canada's highly successful National Canoe Team was a member of five Canadian Olympic Teams from 1980 through 1996. During his 22 year tenure with the National Canoe Team program Robert coached a number of Olympic and World Championship athletes. He focuses on the nature of human performance in corporate and sporting environments, with special attention to effective team building and the analysis of human behaviour and performance in excelling organizations.
